Markhams Ltd is a well established plumbing and heating company in Leicester with a strong reputation for quality work across the city and surrounding areas. From branding to website design, we worked closely with them to build a professional and trustworthy digital presence.
Brand first
To match their expertise, we started with a full brand refresh: a clean, modern logo and branding that reflects their reliability and professionalism, carried onto business cards, invoices, van decals and workwear.

With the branding in place, we designed the website around user experience and local SEO. The goal was a sleek, easy-to-navigate site that lets customers quickly find the service they need and get in touch effortlessly. From mobile optimisation to strong calls to action, every element was designed to turn visitors into customers.
A family business, rebranded
Markhams was founded in 1994 by Russell, who has more than 40 years in the trade. His son Alex joined full-time in 2014, and James joined straight from school in 2020. In 2023 the business moved from Russell Markham & Son to simply Markhams: a modern, professional identity that honours Russell's legacy and the whole team.

Team photography and drone
We ran a team and fleet shoot: portraits of the engineers, the branded vans at the yard, and drone footage of the fleet on the road. It gives the site real faces and makes a small team look like the established business it is.
