About the role
CL42ITY is looking for a Freelance Sales and Partnerships Manager to help grow the studio by bringing in new clients and building strong, long-term relationships.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking to businesses, spotting opportunities, and confidently turning conversations into projects. You will be representing a creative studio that focuses on turning chaos into clarity through thoughtful, results-led design.
This is a freelance, commission-based role, offering flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business.
What you’ll be doing
You will be responsible for finding and converting new clients, from first contact through to a signed and paid project. This includes reaching out to businesses, understanding their needs, and clearly explaining how CL42ITY can help.
Once a project is agreed and payment is received, the client is handed over to the CL42ITY team for delivery, allowing you to stay focused on new opportunities.
Typical activities include:
Reaching out to potential clients across the UK
Building relationships and having discovery conversations
Pitching CL42ITY’s services clearly and professionally
Closing projects and securing sign-off
What you’ll be selling
You’ll be selling a wide range of creative services, including branding, websites, social media, graphic design, print and signage, photography, video, and campaign work. Projects range from smaller design tasks through to larger commercial packages.
Commission and flexibility
This is a freelance, self-employed role with commission of up to 30% on work you bring in.
There are no fixed hours, no set targets, and no micromanagement. You manage your own time and approach, with support, guidance, and materials provided where needed.
